What is the minimum order value or quantity?<\/h4>\n

USD 1,500 minimum order value per shipment \u2014 multiple part numbers combine. Standard sprockets, gears and pulleys: 50 pcs per line. Roller and conveyor chains: 10 pcs per line. Large sprockets with PD \u2265 350 mm are negotiable. Sample runs of 1\u20135 pcs are accepted at sample price for qualified new accounts.<\/p>\n

Do you supply drawings for approval before production?<\/h4>\n

Yes \u2014 always. Every custom order goes to production only after your engineer signs off on our shop drawing (PDF or DWG). For reverse-engineered parts we send measurement reports of the sample first, then the manufacturing drawing built from those measurements.<\/p>\n

Which payment terms and Incoterms do you accept?<\/h4>\n

T\/T (bank wire) is standard: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L\/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 20,000. On Incoterms we quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai by default; CIF, CFR and DDP to most European and American ports available on request. Larger accounts can move to open account after two\u2013three uneventful orders.<\/p>\n

Sea freight in wooden crates on pallets \u2014 30\u201335 days to Rotterdam \/ Hamburg \/ Santos \/ Melbourne, 40\u201345 days to US East Coast. Air freight (5\u20137 days) available for urgent breakdown parts. We handle Chinese export documentation, fumigation and CoO in-house through our freight partners in Ningbo.<\/p>\n

Yes. Buyer visits are welcome any working day \u2014 we can arrange pick-up from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH). For remote qualification we routinely release orders under SGS, BV or T\u00dcV inspection; the surcharge is charged at cost.<\/p>\n
