How fast can I get a quotation?
Send your drawing, sample photo or basic spec (chain size, teeth, bore) to [email protected]. In Hangzhou business hours (Mon–Sat, 8:30–18:00 CST / GMT+8) a mechanical engineer will reply within 24 hours with feasibility, unit price, lead time and freight options for your Incoterm.
What is the minimum order value or quantity?
USD 1,500 minimum order value per shipment — multiple part numbers combine. Standard sprockets, gears and pulleys: 50 pcs per line. Roller and conveyor chains: 10 pcs per line. Large sprockets with PD ≥ 350 mm are negotiable. Sample runs of 1–5 pcs are accepted at sample price for qualified new accounts.
Do you supply drawings for approval before production?
Yes — always. Every custom order goes to production only after your engineer signs off on our shop drawing (PDF or DWG). For reverse-engineered parts we send measurement reports of the sample first, then the manufacturing drawing built from those measurements.
Which payment terms and Incoterms do you accept?
T/T (bank wire) is standard: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 20,000. On Incoterms we quote FOB Ningbo or Shanghai by default; CIF, CFR and DDP to most European and American ports available on request. Larger accounts can move to open account after two–three uneventful orders.
How do you ship large sprockets internationally?
Sea freight in wooden crates on pallets — 30–35 days to Rotterdam / Hamburg / Santos / Melbourne, 40–45 days to US East Coast. Air freight (5–7 days) available for urgent breakdown parts. We handle Chinese export documentation, fumigation and CoO in-house through our freight partners in Ningbo.
Can I visit the factory or arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. Buyer visits are welcome any working day — we can arrange pick-up from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH). For remote qualification we routinely release orders under SGS, BV or TÜV inspection; the surcharge is charged at cost.
