Pignon en acier inoxydable #60 | Qualité certifiée, preuve documentée

ANSI 60 stainless steel sprocket (3/4″ pitch) in 304 or 316 SS — every piece ships with mill test report, CMM dimensional record, and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas available on request. Built for fish processing, chemical plants, and heavy conveyors that cannot tolerate uncertainty.

Description

Hangzhou Ever-Power Sprocket Co., Ltd.

We do not ask you to trust us. We give you the documentation to verify it yourself.

The Documentation Package That Ships with Every #60 SS Sprocket

Buyers who source industrial components from overseas suppliers often face one of two trust problems: either the supplier’s quality claims are unverifiable, or the documentation requested arrives incomplete, months late, or formatted in a way that does not pass procurement review. The Pignon Ever-Power #60 en acier inoxydable is specified for applications where neither problem is acceptable — fish processing lines, chemical plant conveyors, and offshore equipment where a component failure means a shutdown or, in the worst case, a safety incident. Our response to that requirement is a standard documentation package that ships with every order, unrequested:

📋
Mill Test Report (MTR)

Chemical composition and mechanical properties confirmed against the declared grade. Heat number cross-referenced to the finished sprocket serial number.

📐
Rapport dimensionnel CMM

Pitch diameter, bore diameter, and keyway dimensions measured and recorded on coordinate-measuring machine. 100% inspection, not sampling.

🏅
ISO 9001:2015 Certificate

Our full quality management system is third-party certified. Certificate copy included with each order package for your procurement records.

🔎
Third-Party Inspection

SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek pre-shipment inspection coordinated on request. Buyer’s cost; our full cooperation and factory access provided.

What the Certification Means on the Shop Floor

ISO 9001:2015 certification means that our quality processes are not informal — they are documented, audited by an independent body, and continuously maintained. In practice, it means that when we state a bore tolerance of H7, there is a controlled measurement procedure, a calibrated gauge, an inspection record, and a non-conformance management process behind that statement. When we state 316 SS material, there is a PMI procedure, a supplier qualification record, and a traceability requirement behind it. The MTR we send is not a generic print — it references the specific heat number of the bar used to make your order. For engineers buying critical components from an overseas supplier for the first time, that degree of documentation transparency is often the factor that makes an approval possible where it otherwise would not have been.

Avis clients

★★★★★

“The MTR and CMM report were in the shipment, correctly formatted, with the heat number on both documents matching. Our QC team approved in one hour. Sprockets installed without modification. Outstanding.”

— QA Manager, Fish Processing Plant, Iceland

★★★★★

“We requested SGS pre-shipment inspection on our first order. Ever-Power arranged it promptly and the inspection passed first time. That gave our engineering director the confidence to approve ongoing procurement.”

— Chief Engineer, Chemical Plant, South Africa

★★★★☆

“Documentation was better than from our previous EU supplier. Induction-hardened version performed well on our aggregate drive — 14 months in, no tooth wear detectable by our gauges.”

— Reliability Engineer, Mining Equipment OEM, Colombia

Foire aux questions

1. Is the MTR specific to my order’s material, or a generic grade cert? +
Specific to your order. The MTR references the heat number of the bar stock used to produce your sprockets, cross-referenced to your order number. This is a genuine 3.1 material certificate under EN 10204, not a generic grade datasheet.
2. How do I arrange SGS or Bureau Veritas pre-shipment inspection? +
Contact us at the order stage. We will send you our factory address and coordinate access with the inspection agency on your behalf. The inspection fee is the buyer’s cost; we provide full cooperation, pre-arranged appointment availability, and all required documentation for the inspector.
3. Can I get hardness test reports for induction-hardened sprockets? +
Yes. Hardness verification reports (Rockwell C scale, minimum 3 readings per tooth profile zone) are available for induction-hardened sprockets on request. Include “hardness report required” in your order specification.
4. What happens if an inspection fails? +
If a third-party inspection or incoming inspection identifies a non-conformance against the specification we confirmed in writing, we replace the affected parts and cover return freight. We have not had a documented material non-conformance on an MTR-referenced order — but the process is in place regardless.
5. Do you supply 60-2 duplex SS sprockets with the same documentation? +
Yes. Duplex and triplex #60 SS sprockets are available as custom orders, with the same MTR, CMM, and ISO 9001:2015 documentation package. Lead time 14–18 working days.
