The Roda dentada Ever-Power #60 em aço inoxidável is specified for applications where neither problem is acceptable — fish processing lines, chemical plant conveyors, and offshore equipment where a component failure means a shutdown or, in the worst case, a safety incident. Our response to that requirement is a standard documentation package that ships with every order, unrequested:
Chemical composition and mechanical properties confirmed against the declared grade. Heat number cross-referenced to the finished sprocket serial number.
Pitch diameter, bore diameter, and keyway dimensions measured and recorded on coordinate-measuring machine. 100% inspection, not sampling.
Our full quality management system is third-party certified. Certificate copy included with each order package for your procurement records.
SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek pre-shipment inspection coordinated on request. Buyer’s cost; our full cooperation and factory access provided.

The MTR we send is not a generic print — it references the specific heat number of the bar used to make your order.
