The Documentation Package That Ships with Every #60 SS Sprocket
Buyers who source industrial components from overseas suppliers often face one of two trust problems: either the supplier’s quality claims are unverifiable, or the documentation requested arrives incomplete, months late, or formatted in a way that does not pass procurement review. The Ever-Power #60 kedjehjul i rostfritt stål is specified for applications where neither problem is acceptable — fish processing lines, chemical plant conveyors, and offshore equipment where a component failure means a shutdown or, in the worst case, a safety incident. Our response to that requirement is a standard documentation package that ships with every order, unrequested:
Chemical composition and mechanical properties confirmed against the declared grade. Heat number cross-referenced to the finished sprocket serial number.
Pitch diameter, bore diameter, and keyway dimensions measured and recorded on coordinate-measuring machine. 100% inspection, not sampling.
Our full quality management system is third-party certified. Certificate copy included with each order package for your procurement records.
SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek pre-shipment inspection coordinated on request. Buyer’s cost; our full cooperation and factory access provided.

What the Certification Means on the Shop Floor
ISO 9001:2015 certification means that our quality processes are not informal — they are documented, audited by an independent body, and continuously maintained. In practice, it means that when we state a bore tolerance of H7, there is a controlled measurement procedure, a calibrated gauge, an inspection record, and a non-conformance management process behind that statement. When we state 316 SS material, there is a PMI procedure, a supplier qualification record, and a traceability requirement behind it. The MTR we send is not a generic print — it references the specific heat number of the bar used to make your order. For engineers buying critical components from an overseas supplier for the first time, that degree of documentation transparency is often the factor that makes an approval possible where it otherwise would not have been.
