Machined to ANSI B29.1 tolerances with gear-hobbed tooth forms that guarantee smooth chain engagement, these sprockets are available across a tooth-count range of 9T to 96T to satisfy everything from high-speed small-diameter drives to large-diameter slow indexers. Hub Styles Explained
Selecting the right hub style for your application is as important as choosing the correct tooth count. Understanding the ANSI hub type system prevents installation errors:
No hub projection. Used where axial space is tight or where the sprocket mounts directly to a flange or disc.
Hub projects to one side only. The most common general-purpose configuration — positions the chain centerline close to a bearing.
Hub projects both sides. Best for long-bore applications and shafts that require maximum engagement length for torque transfer.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Our Hangzhou facility operates 24 gear-hobbing machines and 18 CNC turning centres, giving us the capacity to produce over 50,000 sprockets per month across all chain sizes. In-house heat treatment — solution annealing for maximum corrosion resistance and selective induction hardening for high-wear tooth faces — means we control every process variable without sub-contracting. Each batch is documented with a full production traveller that accompanies the shipment: material grade, heat lot, machining date, inspection results, and operator sign-off.
