18 Years Focused Only on Sprockets

Our Story

From a Six-Person Machine Shop to a 120,000 m² Sprocket Foundry

We started in 2007 as a six-person job shop turning replacement sprockets for local paper mills. Within four years the sample orders from those mills turned into full drive rebuilds; within eight, our first ocean-freight shipments were leaving for European bulk-handling OEMs. Today the plant covers 120,000 m² and runs its own forging, hobbing, heat-treatment and CNC-finishing lines — the same six-stage flow, just at industrial scale.

We have stayed private, stayed in Hangzhou, and stayed narrowly focused on sprockets and chain drives. The engineers who quote your part are the same ones who sign off on the shop-floor QC report. It is not glamorous, but eighteen years in it turns out to be what buyers actually want.

Our Mission

Take the guesswork out of buying a large sprocket. Every drawing gets an engineer, every part gets a heat-lot number, every shipment gets an inspection report — fewer surprises for the buyer, longer service life on the drive.

Our Vision

Be the sprocket foundry that OEM engineers in North America, Europe, Brazil, Australia and Southeast Asia choose without a second RFQ — because our quotations, drawings and lead times have been reliable long enough that the alternative feels like extra work.

Ce que nous fabriquons

Every Large Sprocket Your Drive Might Ever Need

Bulk-Handling Split Sprocket

Two-piece 200H engineered sprocket built for a Port of Rotterdam ship-unloader drive. 42CrMo forging, hardened teeth, delivered with dimensional inspection and hardness map. In service since 2022 with no reported wear complaints.

Kiln-Drive Roller Chain Sprocket

80-tooth double-strand kiln-drive sprocket for a Brazilian cement plant. 45# steel, induction-hardened teeth, taper-bore hub matched to the customer’s shaft — commissioned in 2023 and turning without complaint.

Recycling-Line Shredder Sprocket

4-inch pitch heavy engineered sprocket for a Canadian C&D recycling shredder. Split-hub construction for field replacement, hardened teeth for impact loading — twelve months of continuous service and running the second unit next shutdown.

Standards We Manufacture To

Global Codes, Traceable Documentation

Every part is manufactured against a published standard or a customer OEM drawing. Our engineers work daily in ANSI, ISO, DIN and JIS conventions and will convert between them on request.

ANSI B29.1
Pignons de chaîne à rouleaux

US standard for tooth form, pitch and dimensions on transmission and conveyor sprockets.

ISO 606
Short-Pitch Roller Chain

Metric roller chain and matching sprocket dimensions widely used in Europe.

DIN 8187 / 8188
European Chain & Sprockets

Precision roller chain and matching sprocket profile for European OEM specifications.

JIS B1801
Japanese Roller Chain

JIS pitch series for Asian OEM machinery and agricultural equipment.

ANSI B29.10 / .12
Heavy Engineered Class

Standard for heavy-duty engineered-class chain and sprockets used in mining and paper.

ISO 9001
Quality Management

Certified quality management system; last audit passed with zero major findings.

AGMA
Tooth Form Class 8

Gear-tooth accuracy benchmark applied on hobbing and finishing operations.

SGS / BV / TÜV
Third-party Inspection

Available on request; we routinely release orders under buyer-appointed inspection.

We qualified Ever Power as an alternate source three years ago on a difficult 42CrMo split-hub sprocket. They out-quoted the OEM by a wide margin and delivered inside seven weeks. Since then every replacement sprocket on that line comes from Hangzhou.
The reverse-engineering process is where they earn the business. We sent a worn sample and a chain sample — they returned a dimensioned drawing in two working days and shipped the finished sprockets inside a month.
Twelve months on our shredder drives is not a small ask. The engineered-class sprockets they cut for us have held up, hardness readings unchanged from the incoming inspection. Repeat order placed for next year’s shutdown.
Engineering support is what sets them apart. When we needed to convert a drive from ANSI 200 to ISO 32B pitch mid-project, their team redrew both mating sprockets in a single day and the parts landed on the same delivery schedule.
