Split-Hub Engineered Sprocket

4-inch pitch, 96 teeth, split-hub 42CrMo engineered sprocket for a cement-plant clinker conveyor. Two-piece bolt-together design lets the crew swap the sprocket without pulling the shaft — installed inside a single planned shutdown.

Reverse-Engineered Feeder Sprocket

A worn 240H engineered sprocket arrived with no drawing. We measured the tooth profile, redrew to spec and cut a 42CrMo replacement in four weeks. Fourteen months on it is still on the apron feeder in Chile with no signs of premature wear.

Triple-Strand Sugar-Mill Sprocket

60-tooth triple-strand roller-chain sprocket for a cane-carrier drive. Induction-hardened teeth 52 HRC, dynamically balanced to G6.3 — replaced the OEM part and outlasted it by more than a full crushing season.

Ingot pre-forged and normalised to grain-refine the blank before machining.

Frequently Asked by Buying Engineers

What is the minimum order for a large sprocket?
Our standard minimum order value is USD 1,500 per order, and multiple part numbers can be combined to reach it. For standard gears, sprockets and pulleys the per-item MOQ is 50 pcs; transmission and conveyor chains start at 10 pcs. Large-diameter sprockets with PD ≥ 350 mm are negotiable, and samples of 1–5 pcs are accepted at sample price.
Do you make sprockets from a customer drawing?
Yes — drawing-to-part is roughly 40% of what we ship. We accept PDF, DWG, DXF, IGES and STEP files. If you only have a worn sample, our reverse-engineering team can measure the tooth profile, key data and bore in Hangzhou and issue a manufacturing drawing for your sign-off before we cut steel.
Which materials do you offer for large sprockets?
The two workhorses are 45# medium-carbon steel for standard-duty sprockets and 42CrMo alloy steel for engineered-class and shock-loaded drives. We also supply cast iron for platewheels, 304/316 stainless for corrosive service, and specialty alloys like C1045 or 35CrMo on request. Mill certificates are supplied with every shipment.
What are the typical lead times to Europe, Brazil or Australia?
For catalogue items 2–3 weeks ex-works; for custom drawings 3–5 weeks depending on OD and heat-treatment class. Ocean freight adds 30–35 days to Rotterdam, Santos or Melbourne; air freight is 5–7 days for urgent breakdown replacements. We can consolidate multiple part numbers in one shipment to hit the USD 1,500 minimum.
Do you supply taper bushed and QD bushed sprockets?
Yes. We stock the full Taper Lock range (1008 through 4545) and QD series (JA through M), both matched to our sprocket line. Splitting the bushing from the sprocket cuts installed cost and lets you re-bore or up-size chains without replacing the whole sprocket.
Which quality certificates and inspection reports do you provide?
Every shipment carries a mill test certificate for the raw material, a dimensional inspection report against the drawing, and hardness readings for heat-treated teeth. On request we add third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) and PMI material verification. Our quality system is aligned with ISO 9001.
