Need a Large Sprocket?
Industrial Large Sprockets
Custom and standard heavy-duty sprockets for mining, cement, sugar, paper and bulk-handling drives — pitch 1/2″ to 4″, OD up to 2000 mm, single/double/triple strand. Shipped to 46 countries since 2007.
Specification Range
A quick reference for the sprockets we produce in-house. Anything outside these ranges usually still fits our engineered-class process — send the drawing and we will confirm.

What we manufacture
Standard, Engineered & Custom Large Sprockets for Heavy Industry
Roller Chain Sprockets
ANSI B29.1 & ISO 606 single, double and triple strand sprockets from #40 through #240. 45# steel or 42CrMo, induction-hardened teeth 45–55 HRC. Stock hubs A, B, C or made to your bore and keyway.
Engineered Class Sprockets
Heavy engineered-class sprockets for mining, cement mills and bulk conveyors — pitches 4″ and above, OD up to 2000 mm. Split-hub designs, weld-on hubs, taper bore and QD bushing options for field-replaceable service.
Custom Drawing Service
Send a PDF, DWG or STEP file and get a same-day feasibility review from our engineering team. We reverse-engineer worn parts from samples, resize for pitch conversions and redraw to your OEM standards.
Sprocket Product Range
A single sourcing point for every sprocket size on the plant floor: standard ANSI and ISO series held to tight tolerance, engineered classes for the drives that matter most, and drawing-based custom work when the catalogue does not fit. Every part is machined in-house in our Hangzhou facility — no sub-contract lathes, no untraced blanks.
- Roller chain sprockets — ANSI 40 through 240, single/double/triple strand
- Engineered-class sprockets — 80H through 240H, hardened teeth
- Taper Lock & QD bushed sprockets — 1008 to 4545, JA to M
- Split-hub & weld-on hub sprockets for mining conveyors
- Idler sprockets, plain or finished bore
- Cast-iron platewheel sprockets, ductile-iron variants
- Stainless-steel sprockets (304 / 316) for corrosive service
- ISO 606, DIN 8187, JIS B1801 metric roller-chain sprockets
- Reverse-engineered replacements from worn sample

We had six worn engineered sprockets on an aggregate feeder and only a photo of one nameplate. Ever Power reverse-engineered the tooth profile, cut 42CrMo blanks and delivered in four weeks. Two years on, still turning. — Maintenance Superintendent, aggregate quarry, Chile.

We know sprockets
18 Years Engineering Custom Sprockets for OEMs Worldwide
Our engineers came out of the drive-component industry and stayed there. Every quotation is reviewed by a mechanical engineer before it leaves the office, and every finished sprocket carries a heat-lot number traceable to the mill certificate. That is why plants in 46 countries send drawings to Hangzhou rather than shop the catalogue.

About Ever Power
A Hangzhou Sprocket Foundry Trusted by OEMs in 46 Countries
Hangzhou Ever Power Transmission Parts Co., Ltd. has produced roller-chain and engineered-class large sprockets since 2007. The plant sits on 120,000 m² in the Hangzhou industrial corridor and runs its own forging, gear-hobbing, heat-treatment and CNC-finishing lines under one roof. That vertical setup is why lead times on custom sprockets stay in the two- to four-week range even when quantities are small.
Today we ship to 46 countries — heaviest volumes to North America, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Australia and Southeast Asia. Every quotation is reviewed by a mechanical engineer, and every finished sprocket carries a heat-lot number traceable back to the raw mill certificate. Quality control never leaves our engineers’ desks.

How we build them
Six Stages, Six Sign-offs
Every large sprocket that leaves Hangzhou passes six documented gates. No sub-contracting, no black boxes — you can trace a finished part back to the ingot.
Free-form Forging
Ingot pre-forged and normalised to grain-refine the blank before machining.
CNC Rough Turning
Bore, OD and hub profile turned on Doosan / Mazak lathes; blank thickness verified.
Tooth Hobbing
Gleason and Chinese-brand hobbing machines cut ANSI/ISO tooth form to AGMA class 8.
Induction Heat Treatment
Tooth flanks quenched to 45–55 HRC; case depth confirmed on witness coupon.
Finish Grinding & Balancing
Bore and keyway ground; large diameters dynamically balanced to G6.3.
Full Inspection & Marking
Coordinate measurement, hardness, PT crack check; heat-lot number laser-etched.
